Job Description

As an Assistant Wine Sommelier at Villa Haven, you will work closely with the Head Sommelier to curate a world-class wine program and provide guests with personalized recommendations. You will assist in managing the wine cellar, conducting wine tastings, and ensuring the highest standards of wine service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Wine Sommelier or Assistant Wine Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
Extensive knowledge of wines, wine regions, grape varietals, and wine service techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certification from a recognized sommelier program or equivalent training is preferred.
