We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at one80 Valletta, our flagship restaurant in the heart of the capital. If you have a deep appreciation for wines and a talent for curating exceptional pairings, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

Recommending and serving wines to enhance the guest experience
Managing and maintaining our wine inventory
Hosting wine tastings and training sessions for staff
Ensuring an exceptional level of service and hospitality

Niveau d’études souhaité

< Bac : CAP / CAP Agricole / BEPA

Expérience professionnelle

Moins de 2 ans d'exp

If you have WSET certification (or equivalent experience), a strong understanding of wine service, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, we would love to have a chat!
