Stage de 3 à 4 mois (futur caviste/oenologue/vigneron)
Sous la direction des vignerons, vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à toutes les taches en cave : dégustations, filtration, mise en bouteille, soutirages, préparation de la cave pour les vendanges, sélection raisins, réception, pressurage, remontage, débourbages, entonnages etc... nettoyage.
Partenariat avec centre de recherche viticole à proximité (essais itinéraires technique de vinification sans SO2 etc...)

We are offering an internship for a futur Cella-worker/oenologist/winemaker for a period of 3 to 4 months;
Under the direction of the winegrower, the trainee will participate in all cellar operations:
- tasting, presentation of the cuvees to customers, winemakers...
- wine racking
- filtration and bottling process
- preparation of the cellar for the harvest (cleaning of tanks, installation of joints, doors, traps, flags, cold circuit start-up, etc...)
- grapes sampling and tasting, reception of the harvest, settling, pressing, manual pumping over, manual devatting, barreling, racking etc...
- cleaning
