Internship : Wine Host - Oenotourisme - Based in Chianti Tuscany


Part of the Wine Experience team you will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors are welcomed to the Montechiaro Wine Experience and that their visit to the Estate exceeds their expectations.

The role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the overall Montechiaro Wine Experience through an exceptional level of customer service.

The role is also responsible with the team for ensuring that Tasting Room is kept tidy and clean and that all of the wine exhibitors, as well as the exhibitors of traditional artisanal products, remain stocked, dusted and well presented at all times.

The student have to take care with the manager of the clients orders, creating the necessary document and managing the delivery process with the collaboration of the shipping companies.

The student is responsible with the team for leading on the Shipping clients CRM ensuring regular online orders generation by repeat customers.

The intern have to welcome to the Agriturismo clients and accompany them to the rental villas when required.

Updating inventory, cash flow and account data on a daily basis all days after the wine tasting.

Work as wine expert during special events at the estate.

Manage according to the Manager the Wine Experience Schedule and Calendar.

 

Learn and collaborate to the creations of Social Media and sales & CRM marketing contents.
