Le rôle du stagiaire sera :
Union Sacre winery is based in Central Coast Caliofrnia, Our winery is inspire by the Region of Alsace France and specialized in Whites, we are one of the very few Alsatian winery in California.
We are producing the 7 grape varietals from this Region, such as Sylvaner, Pinot blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Ottonel and Pinot noir.
We as well Produce Cab Sauv and Cab Franc.
Our cellar is composed of 3 men, everybody is involved with any projects.
the Intern will be part of every tasks of the winery life but most likely working with barrels, tanks, press and pumps.
The Candidate will be part of everyday activities as taking brix, punchdown, filling barrels, cleaning, organizing. This training period will give a good overview of the cellar work in California.
Most of the work will be done at the winery, this is include driving forklift and truck with trailer.
We would prefer the candidate to be rigorous, energetic and have good organizational skills.
To be a good communicator and have a team spirit humility and respect are essential values.

The position could be from 3 months to 18 months.
Compensation could be hourly or Salary.
