Vous serez en charge de la cave des vins rouges et rosés. Une équipe qualifiée sur place vous assistera. Vous prendrez part aux différentes étapes de la vinification et rendrez compte directement au vigneron.
You will be in charge of the red and rose wine winery. A qualified team on site will be supporting you. You will take part in the various stages of wine making and will report directly to the winemaker.
The winery is equipped to produce 20,000 cases of wine with most of the fermentation in large vats, oak, stainless steel and concrete. Beside the regular winery work, pump over, punch down… you will supervise and take part in sorting also the grapes.
The winemaker will guide you on daily basis through the different tasks. The philosophy is based on minimum intervention and indigenous yeast with a wide variety of grapes as Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet, Syrah, tempranillo from single vineyards.
