Le rôle du stagiaire sera :
Union Sacre winery is an unique project, we are the only Alsatian winery in California. We are producing the 7 grape varietals from Alsace as Sylvaner, Pinot blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Muscat Ottonel and Pinot noir.
Our cellar is composed of 3 men, everybody is involved of any projects, trainee will be part of every tasks of a winery life but most likely working with barrels / tanks and pumps.
The Candidate will be part of everyday activities as taking brix, punchdown, filling barrels, cleaning, organizing. This training period will give a good overview of the cellar work in California.
Most of the work will be done at the winery, this is include driving forklift and truck with trailer.
We would prefer the candidate to be rigorous, energetic and have good organizational skills.
To be a good communicator and have a team spirit humility and respect are essential values.

The position could be from 3 months to 18 months.
Compensation could be hourly or salary.
